Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be defective and the error must be on our part.
There is no need to return the entire order, just send us about 50 faulty copies for us to check. If you have any questions about how to return your item to us, please contact us.
Once we have received and inspected your returned faulty copies, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return a sample of the order, you must mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your samples. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged order may vary.
To ship your items, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
